Refund Policy

At Nikitis Infocom Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver the highest quality of IT services, including website designing and software development. Below are our refund guidelines to ensure transparency and clarity:
Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Initiated: Refunds will be provided if the project has not yet started.
  • Scope of Work (SOW): Refunds are only applicable if the agreed-upon deliverables are not met or if we fail to initiate the project within the agreed timeframe.
  • Partial Refund:
  • If the service is partially completed and the client requests termination, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.
  • No Refunds:
  • For completed services or after final project approval.
  • If delays or issues are caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, delayed feedback, or content).

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Send a written request to [info@nikitis.co.in] with your project details and reason for the refund.
  • Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will not cover third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins, etc.).
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of  New Delhi.
