1. Scope of Work

• The scope of work (SOW) for every project will be outlined and approved before project initiation. Any changes to the SOW may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required to commence work.
• Milestone Payments: Payments will be collected as per the approved milestones.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly.
• Delays in client responses may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Nikitis Infocom Pvt Ltd.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All source code, designs, and deliverables will remain the property of Nikitis Infocom Pvt Ltd until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

6. Warranty & Support

• We offer 30 days of free support after project delivery to address any bugs or issues. Additional maintenance or updates will be charged separately.

7. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• If the client terminates the project after initiation, the refund will be determined based on the work completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Nikitis Infocom Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
